We are looking for a student, beginner or intermediate, from Systems careers or related, to work as Customer Service.
Among the main responsibilities of this position we can highlight the following:
• Provide assistance to customers by phone, mail, and chat.
• Provide multilevel troubleshooting and technical assistance.
• Follow up on open issues to provide response.
• Document problems, reproducing and compiling details on reported incidents through resolution.
• Document frequent inquiries and their respective responses.
• Handle multiple critical user support situations and effective communication with the coordination team.
• Assist in the development of training materials.
• Provide face-to-face or remote user training.
We are looking for candidates with at least 6 months of work experience in similar positions and knowledge of SQL.
